The terms for creators and brands on ViewPayout: bounties, holds, fees, the 7-day first top-up refund and cashouts.

Who provides the service
ViewPayout ("we", "us") provides the service at viewpayout.com. Write to hello@viewpayout.com with any question about these terms.
The service
ViewPayout lets a brand open bounties that pay a rate per 1,000 verified views of a post, and lets a creator claim a bounty, post from their own X account and be paid for the views the post earns. ViewPayout reads public view counts from X and does not control them.
Creators
- You must be at least 18 years old and confirm it when your account is set up.
- You may post only from an X account that is yours, and an X account may belong to one ViewPayout account.
- A post counts only if it is published after your claim, submitted within the bounty's submit window (60 minutes by default), public and unedited. An edited or deleted post earns nothing.
- You follow the bounty's rules and add the disclosure tag when it is required.
- Earnings are available after the hold. Cashouts start at $25, are paid in US dollars and are approved by an operator.
Brands
- You fund a prepaid balance. Each submitted post reserves its worst-case cost from it, and you are charged for verified views up to the cap.
- You decide the rate, cap, view floor and hold when you open a bounty. They lock after the first submission.
- You are responsible for the claims you allow and for the brief and rules you write.
Fees
The platform keeps 15% of each post's gross from the creator and charges the brand 15% on top.
Refunds
A brand's first paid top-up can be refunded within 7 days of the payment, and the part of it that is still unspent comes back. Money already paid out to creators for verified views is not refunded. Refunds are handled by a person: write to hello@viewpayout.com and a person reviews the request and replies.
Fraud and review
We may freeze a payout while a post is reviewed, reject a post, or forfeit it, if it looks bought, botted, copied or against the bounty's rules.
No guarantee
View counts depend on X. If X changes or withdraws access, or changes its rules about paid posts, the service can be limited or paused. The service is provided as is, and no volume of bounties, views or earnings is promised.
