Who we are

ViewPayout ("we", "us") runs viewpayout.com and decides how the data described here is used. Write to hello@viewpayout.com about anything in this policy.

What the service stores

• Account: the identifier of your account and the API keys you create, stored as hashes.
• Creators: the X account id, handle, follower count and account age that X returns, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, your country if you set up payouts, and your balances, cashout requests and payouts.
• Brands: workspace name, X handle and website, your bounties, your prepaid balance and its ledger.
• Posts: the id and time of each submitted post, a hash of its text, the view, like, reply and repost counts read from X at each reading, and the review and fraud outcomes.
• Support: the emails you send to hello@viewpayout.com.

What it does not store

Card numbers go to Stripe and never reach ViewPayout servers. ViewPayout reads public account details and view counts from X and never posts for you.

Who processes it

X (account details and view counts), Stripe (brand top-ups and creator payouts, including identity and tax forms collected by Stripe), an AI model provider for post review, an email provider for notices, and the hosting provider.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising cookies and does no cross-site tracking. It loads no analytics, pixel or tag-manager script, and its fonts are served from our own address.

We do not sell or share personal information.

Your rights and how to use them

Wherever you live, you can ask us for:

• access to the personal data we hold about you;
• correction of anything that is wrong;
• deletion of your account and data;
• a portable copy of your data.

California

You have the right to know what personal information we collect and use, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. An authorized agent can make a request for you; we may ask the agent for proof of authority.

EU and UK

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority, which in the UK is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

How to ask

• Email hello@viewpayout.com from the address on your account and say which right you want to use. A person handles the request.
• We check it is you by replying to that address, and we ask for no more than we need to do that.
• We answer within one month. California requests are answered within 45 days, and we may extend either period where the law allows, telling you why.
• Some records have to stay after a deletion: payment, payout and tax records, and security logs. We keep only those, for as long as the law or fraud prevention needs them.
