ViewPayout is a bounty marketplace on X: brands pay a fixed rate per 1,000 verified views, and creators get paid for the views their posts earn.

## What it does

- A brand opens a bounty with a rate per 1,000 views, a cap per post and rules.
- A creator claims it for free, posts from their own X account and submits the post.
- ViewPayout reads the post's public views on a schedule until a hold ends, then pays for the highest verified reading.
- The brand funds a prepaid balance first, so an accepted post can always be paid.
- The platform keeps 15% of each post's gross from the creator and charges the brand 15% on top.
